Cassano’s Inc. is happy to lend support to the local communities we serve. This support is in the form of a pizza certificate to be used as a door prize, award, or raffle at your event. You may use this form as your request letter, OR you may respond on the official letterhead of the school, church, business, etc.

All requests are responded to by Cassano’s Inc. Headquarters (address and fax above). Please DO NOT leave your request at the local Cassano’s. We require a minimum of 2 weeks notice to process your request. If your request is received well in advance of your event date, your certificate will be mailed the month prior to your event, time permitting. Please note, incomplete requests cannot be processed.
