Learning Unit 2: Dig In (Digging Up Pizza Ingredients)
The second module focuses on the origination of the key ingredients that make up pizza dough. Through interactive participation, students learn where each element of a pizza originates and how it is processed for use. Based on size of class, age of students and time allocation, this module may contain all or a selected group of these subjects.
