I understand that if I am hired I will be on a 90 day probationary period during which, if I am unable to perform my job duties or otherwise fit into the operation to the satisfaction of the company or am myself dissatisfied with the job, the company may terminate my employment or I may resign voluntarily and my personnel file will indicate only "employment terminated by mutual agreement during probationary period."
